About the Brand
PT Jatim Logam is a gabion wire manufacturer whose operations depend on securing project tenders across Indonesia. Many of these tenders are listed on more than six hundred LPSE (Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik) websites.

The Problem
The team struggled to search and filter relevant tenders across hundreds of LPSE portals due to limited search features and inconsistent data. Internally, employee productivity in searching and evaluating tenders was also difficult to track because all activity records were maintained manually on spreadsheets.

Our Solution
We built a centralized tender platform that integrates data from six hundred plus LPSE websites with auto synchronization to ensure accuracy. We added advanced search and filter options tailored to PT Jatim Logam’s needs, along with an employee activity tracking feature for monitoring performance. The system is fully accessible across desktop, tablet, and mobile to support flexible work from anywhere.

Results
• 100K plus searchable tender data entries collected.
